I’m honestly mad about this appointment. I was never told about any “30‑minute policy” until she suddenly brought it up at the 30‑minute mark, right when I’m expecting her to actually finish the new style I asked for. How is that fair? I came in excited to try something different, and instead I got rushed, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience. The cut looks half‑done because she clearly just wanted me out of the chair. Abigail is the best. The customer service and sheer talant (ha! See what I did there) of the staff is impeccible. I highly recommend booking an appt with Abigail.
Great traditional style barber shop. Very comfortable barber chairs. Great atmosphere, and very talented barbers. They use high quality equipment to ensure a great haircut & shave. I will be a regular customer for now on.
