The entire office is great. The office is always extremely clean and very professionally set up. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and give great confidence in there competence. Michelle is always fantastic. She is very thorough, extremely friendly, professional and pleasant. Dr. Gray is the same! Thank you Roosevelt Dental!
Excellent in all areas except had 20 min wait for dentist and then same for hygienist.
Best dental visit I have had, they checked everything and always explained everything clearly. I hate going to the dentist generally, not anymore.
Michelle was very thorough and listened well when I requested she get aggressive with some of my problem areas. I miss Pat always, but glad Michelle is there to pick up where Pat left off. Jim W
Taylor paid attention to concerns I mentioned and she provided me with a lot of helpful information. Hard to ask for more than that. I request that my review be provided only in-house and not published on-line or made available to people not working at Roosevelt Dental.
They fitted me in next day for a non emergency tooth guard - always received by wonderful front desk individuals by name - I think this is so important - they value their customers. Had to wait a little longer then usual but didn't mind. Staff always polite and professional and examined by Dr Grey in his usual understanding (I gag!) knowledgeable way. I love this dental practice.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The previous hygienist I saw here, who was wonderful, retired a couple years ago and I was worried that the next one "assigned to me" wouldn't be as good. On the contrary - Michelle is fantastic - she does a great job on my teeth without leaving me sore, and she's really nice. The dentist I saw here for years has also left the practice, but the other dentists all seem great so far so I'm not concerned about future care. I have had major dental work done at Roosevelt Dental and always am highly satisfied. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Gray and his assistants provide excellent service and personalized care. I give my highest recommendation.
