So happy to have found Dr. Gray and his staff. I have had a ton of dental work in the past from varying quality of dentists, and am very excited to forge a long term relationship with Dr. Gray to finally take care of a number of issues. I trust he will do good work and give me good recommendations.
After an awful experience at my last dentist, I am so glad to have found Roosevelt Dental. Even if I move out of this neighborhood I plan to come back. The folks at the front desk have been very clear about insurance issues and helpful, and the dental assistant and dentist do a thorough and great job. I would recommend them to anyone
All of the staff here are friendly and competent. I got a filling for a chipped tooth that doesn't look as good as it could, but it's perfectly fine and functional.
Always a good experience. Competent staff, pleasant surroundings, no waiting. I have been going here for nearly 15 years and haven't really been hurt yet, which is what some people worry about more than whether the needed work is getting done properly. So, not hurt and the work is being done properly. What else could you want?
Roosevelt Dental Center is a great experience from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The front desk ladies are so incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hygienist are skilled and pleasant. Dr. Gray is very knowledgeable and thorough. Our family has had regular cleanings and an occasional cavity filled and we have only good things to say about those experiences. Five Stars!!
I have been a patient at this clinic for about 15 years. I can honestly say I have never been hurt, even though I have had tons of work done. Every member of the staff is professional, thorough, and personable. They remember every important detail and even some that seem quite minor. Waiting is never an issue. Just had a fitting today for a night guard. The staff explained the procedure well and used a neat digital technology to do it instead of the old molds that used to be used. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and made sure it was done correctly because I have such an unusual bit pattern.
Professional, pleasant, and efficient. Great office for care. Answered questions and fixed my night guard along with cleaning and fluoride. Just what I wanted.
Our experience at Roosevelt Dental is always positive. My teens go see Dr. Gray on their own, and what I so much appreciate is that Dr. Gray and the members of the staff communicate with me. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and professional 100% of the time. I also very much appreciate that when there's a problem--needing better oral hygiene or night-time wear and tear on teeth--I am made aware right away, and we set up a plan. Great dental practice:)
