Excellent experience Professional and friendly staff. Carolyn was great in helping with scheduling and ironing out the finer details with insurance. Nicole and Dr. Shackelton were quick and precise with the dental work they performed; they informed me of every step of the process and were very conscious of my comfort throughout the procedure. Netflix on the Ipad was definitely a bonus!
I was completely impressed with the level of care the entire dental team provided. From the minute I called to schedule an appointment to the time I walked out was a wonderful experience. The hygienist was thorough, explained in detail every aspect of what she was doing and took care to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was the first visit to the dentist where I didn't feel one moment of pain or discomfort. I can't recommend this dental team enough! Tell all your friends!

It might sound strange, but I look forward to going to the Dentist. Dr. Shackelton sets a wonderful tone for her office. She and her assistants are professional, caring, considerate, and thorough. Jennifer remembered little details about me 6 months later and followed up on our conversation, unbidden. All concerns are addressed. The office is responsive to emergencies.

People seem to be happy working here and that feeling filters down in the work they do. Love these guys. They are gentle, friendly and very professional. Dr. Shackleton is really good and always gives me my options. I always get a cheerful greeting when I arrive and their appointment reminders are helpful.
