I've presented the crew with some dental challenges over the years and Doc has always come thru !
Everyone is so nice and very professional. No wait times. I highly recommend this practice.
I saw Kevin for the first time for my dental cleaning, and he did a great job by being gentle and thorough. He explained what he was doing during the cleaning and afterwards, he took the time to give me some tips and demonstrated how I could better care for my teeth while using a tooth model. Dr. Abedi was the dentist that saw me afterwards, and he was caring and meticulous as he always is. The whole staff, including the front staff, is exceptional, warm, and inviting.
Yes, I felt comfortable. They are friendly, patient, and do a great job of providing positive reinforcement. I don't know how Dr. Shackelton finds such great staff, but they do a good job of making the "dentist appointment" pleasant.
