So this is the second time I’ve come here to the Roosevelt and the second time I’ve decided to cancel my reservation. The owner or manager really is just a rude and angry person. It makes sense this place is struggling. It’s unfortunate. It could be a very nice place.
RecommendedMy spa experience was blissful. I enjoyed the relaxation of the mineral bath, massage and facial massage. The staff was courteous and attentive. The relaxation room begins and ends the whole experience. I did not want to leave.
My sister and I have been coming to the Spa for 10 years and it had always been a wonderful experience. Today it was anything, but!! The baths were cool and the new tub was cold and where was the effervescence? On top of that the construction work took away from the relaxing bath. Our massages were mediocre at best- we CAME AWAY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!! My sister was given cards for 2 complementary baths, but after today’s experience-I’m thinking-NOT!!!!

Wonderful. Staff is great, historical so older facility, I found it part of the charm
I was a little skeptical at first but once the lights were dimmed and I submerged myself into my lavender infused bath I experienced a spa experience like no other. Total relaxation is an understatement!
