After waiting 4 weeks my delivery of bunk beds finally arrived today. Unfortunately 2 pieces were missing from the delivery, drivers left without being able to set up the bunk beds and room in complete mess. Spoke with Ashley in customer service who insisted only missing pieces were hardware and they would overnight them so I could put up the bed myself!!!!!
