Wow! Never in my life have I dealt with such an incompetent company! Placed an order over a month ago and still waiting for it to be delivered. They have been delivering piece by piece and when I call to speak to a manager, they are never available! Their delivery system is a joke! They don't even know what they are delivering or who to call if there is a problem! Very low quality furniture, do not shop here! My furniture didn't even last 3 years. I have to go spend another $3,000 on a love seat and recliner! Do not shop here!

Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and hoping and still WAITING AND WAITING.
RTG has terrible customer service after the sale. Make sure you get the right item ordered if you don't who knows when you will get.
Manager Lindsay Sinibaldi or whatever her name is . Is worst mgr there is ... I spend 4400, and now she won't honor what her sales person promised . Contacted CEO, HQ, media... They quickly take your money, and then ask you to Leave store if you ask for explanation. I am waiting on GM to call me to fix this issue. If they do I'll report it. If they don't, I'll tell everyone what else happen there. #roomstogo
