Bought a queen mattress 2 weeks ago and it's just to soft. Store manager said sorry, your stuck withh it No exchanges. out 1000 dollars. great service huh Never buy from them again.
Misleading sale. Bought a king size mattress with a promotion that came with two free pillows. Those pillows are expensive so it was a pretty good deal or so we thought. The pillows we received at delivery are the small standard, not king size. We can’t even use the pillows. Called to see if we could resolve the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, it’s the only pillow they carry. Disappointed.

A lot of times people are easy to write bad reviews and not reach out when an issue is dealt with very well! We bought a great bed as a reasonable price here and had an issue with. After a few calls and stopping by the store we were eventually put in contact with the store Manager Mark B. Mark not only listened to our issue but seemed compassionate and caring. Got a fabulous designer (Cindy Crawford) glider recliner love seat at a huge discount price. Had it delivered within an hour by Gorilla Joe. A great experience!
Rooms to go OUTLET ARE THIEVES . How you justify a used , knicked tv stand for $388. Yes $388. Rooms to go regular has BRAND NEW for less than that !!! ANYWHERE has NEW cheaper. Isn’t the “ outlet” part mean ANYTHING PLUS 3 weeks Ago was marked down to $188. Now higher !??? Hmmmmm. #Roomstogooutlet
It was good. I had a goal going in there and I got everything done. A couch and a bed. The saleslady was sharp. She took me around and showed me what they had. She knew details on all the product. It made it easy to find and buy exactly what my house needs. I will be back for more
