Bought a green size bed 6 weeks ago. They delivered a full size and blamed my wife for ordering the wrong size. They would not pick up the wrong bed for two weeks. She ordered another bed. They rescheduled the delivery three times. I got the bed today and showed the men where to go. They said nope curb side delivery only. Sign here and they left. I am 70 years old and in bad health. the salespeople are great and very helpful but the dock staff, mainly Josh the manager, was very rude and not customer-oriented whatsoever. We purchased a headboard that was on the floor and I asked if they can wrap it in plastic and he rudely told me they don't do that. thankfully we brought our own blankets and tie downs to haul home in our SUV. Josh needs a great deal of customer service training.

RecommendedVicki was our sales person and she was excellent. She helped us find exactly what we wanted. She was very friendly courteous and really gave us excellent service. Mark the store manager was also a great help he worked with us and we very very happy with our purchase prices. I have bought furniture from this store for years as they always work with you to get you the best deal. Thank you Vicki and Mark and Thank you Rooms to go Outlet on Drew and US 19!!!!

the bargains are there. not all furniture is in bad shape. I've found items with no visible damage at all, just no longer manufactured. most of all "No Pressure" from the sales staff. Take your time and look around, touch the items, sit on the furniture and lay on the beds. It's worth it. And for all you handy repurposing folks, theres lots in the deep discount area too you will like.

We Bought a King Mattress and Box Springs here last week, the Box Springs were way to high for our Bed (I should have taken a video of my wife climbing in and out of bed). We called and they told us they would swap them out with lower ones free of charge. They said unfortunately they would need to charge me a redeliver fee. I told them I would see if they fit in my SUV. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Joe saying that Mark the Manager offered to bring the new ones free of charge. Just received them. Alyssa was very cheerful and helpful and I was able to find a couch after months of searching. I was highly upset that there was openings before the holiday but the cashier would not let me schedule delivery until after.
Been finding great bargains at RTG Clearwater since 2003. Furnishing my third home now. Tony Macaluso is the best; he knows our needs and calls when he sees something that suits us. This is always my first - and usually my last - stop when looking for quality furniture at great prices!
Had a problem with a mattress and they made it right. We'll be back. Have a house to furnish.
