Your staff needs to be trained to understand what you're selling. I bought a warranty on my living room set and asked specifically if it would cover cushion wear and I was told yes. Now when I attempt to replace my cushions, I am being told it is not covered. The guy who answered the phone didn't even know. He had to call several people to get an answer. So WARNING - They are only interested in selling you a worthless warranty. DO NOT BUY IT!

Do not use delivery service.... when purchasing watch for changing sale prices. They have a no return policy. The furniture delivered was a completely different quality then on the showroom floor. THE BEST they drove across my neighbors entire front yard to turn around. Go to any other furniture store!!

We bought several rooms of furniture for our new home and purchased the warranty as well. Warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on! Purchased Cindy Crawford cream color power recliner that is not even a year old. The leather has worn off the area that you rest your head and warranty personnel informed us that it is called “fading” which is not covered. I am angry and disappointed!!!
