Their delivery truck did some damage to my property and I have made23 phone calls to the Gulfport store and the Regional Office and sent numerous emails but no one in the organization will call me back. I guess after they make a sale they pretty much don’t give a F—- about their customers. This is a piss poor organization that will never get any money from me and I am reviewing my options with an attorney.

WILL NOT ORDER FROM ROOMS TO GO AGAIN. “Get the replacement warranty” then you try to use it and they constantly throw you through hoops. They blame it on the extended warranty . Back and forth. I’ve wasted about 30 hours of wait and talk time to get it all figured out and guess what, they told me today that my extended warranty only accepted to cover HALF of the couch cushions , so now I’m gonna have one nice cushion in between 2 dirty ones lol what’s a joke!

they lied about the sofa sleeper that was ordered 3 weeks ago was sopse to be here yesterday and my dad called them Friday and they we was told june 30th not may 30 th when I dang well what the salesman told us
A little disappointed in the delivery service. I had a issue with a piece of furniture, but the people at the Gulfport store took care of the problem. That turned a disappointed customer into a satisfied customer. I also placed a order for a few more pieces because of their integrity. Thank You.
Do not use delivery service.... when purchasing watch for changing sale prices. They have a no return policy. The furniture delivered was a completely different quality then on the showroom floor. THE BEST they drove across my neighbors entire front yard to turn around. Go to any other furniture store!!
