they have the worst customer service people are rude and could careless... delivery people will damage your furniture in the driveway due to them not caring. after all its not their headache to have to fix and its job security for them.... we did figure out the warranty is much better if you order online and skip buying in the store....

This is the quality of RTG furniture - very poor. When you call to ask assistance they give you a mean and rude costumer service supervisor Carlos Babelo 🤬 I am not asking for anything but just assistance in the disposal of their VERY poor product that even charity agencies do not want!!!!

RecommendedGreat selection and prices! Chris was super helpful and wasn’t overbearing! He let us shop and then let us come to him when we were ready to make our purchase. He also gave us options on the delivery price to make it where we were comfortable with the final price! Overall a great experience at this location! They are always awesome to deal with!
From the first time I walked in to rooms to go in Grapevine, I had a terrible experience with my sales person David. My fiancé had flown in to help me pick new furniture for my new apartment and the first thing I said looked ok, Dave tried to write me up for. RecommendedI love rooms to go. They're furniture is beautiful and good quality not that cheap furniture that other stores sales. I buy all my furniture from rooms to go. Plus they give you time to pay without interest.
