I will be a returning customer I had an amazing experience shopping at Roomful Express. I had looked at the other stores in the area and Roomful Express had better quality merchandise at a better price than anyone else. I ended up buying everything I was looking for. I will be shopping only there form now on.
Tim in Canonsburg We shopped at the Canonsburg Store looking for a small entertainment center for my mother-in-law's Christmas gift. Phil Dillon was our salesman and he was very good. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options. Even though the item wasn't in stock, we were given the sale price. While there was a charge for delivery, it was worth it. Loaned Roomful Express Furniture money Why did I go to Roomful Express Furniture again? The commercials sounded good and the salesperson was very nice to us. She completed the sale for a very low price sofa. She even told us we could have delivery that Saturday since they weren't busy. We THOUGHT we got a good deal from Roomful. Mrs. M Every time I have visited Roomful Express the sales staff has always been curtious and helpful. The office staff also are helpful and pleasant to deal with. The website is a great place to start your shopping and they have some wonderful gifts and coupons available for their customers.
Liked furniture and worked out well Our experience with Roomful Express was very good. We were moving back to the city and needed some bedroom furniture. We were able to find what we liked. They had to deliver it in two separate trips due to the dresser and nightstand not being in stock. We had to contact Customer Service when it would be in, but they were able to answer our questions, and once we got everything, it worked out well.
Happy Customer :) I absolutely love Roomful Express! I find their sales associates very helpful without being pushy, the quality of the furniture is great, and the prices are unbeatable! I have purchased everything from mattresses to living room furniture and have never been disappointed. I have and will continue to tell my friends and family about Roomful Express!
roomful junk in september of 08 we purchased a roomful of living room furniture from roomful express when we finally had it delivered it was a mess and they replaced it within two months then we had to have a repair man back out 3 times they decided to one day out of the blue to give us store credit and go in and pick out some other furniture we did now every time we sit on the sofa or get up it creeks and cracks so i again called their wonderful customer service and they told me that we could again go in and pick out new fu... read more
