A scam. Booked a room through them and pre-paid through PayPal, but there was no record of the reservation when I arrived at the hotel. Called their number and it did not exist. Roomerz simply took my money and ran away.
TOTAL SCAM!!!! Lost our money and hotel has absolutely NO RECORD of our reservations.
Scam!!booked in November. Got email confirmation. Called hotelNO RECORD . Had to scramble to find a place to stay and lost over $1000. Hopefully Amex is reimbursing. Have reported them. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
FRAUDULENT!!! Do not do any business with them. Scammed me out of $1906.20. Won't return a call.
They are a scam!!!!! We paid for 8 nights at the Hyatt in Atlanta and you only reserved one night for us. Five other guests here are in the same situation! Our money is gone and we have no where to stay. We have been calling, texting and emailing all day and no response. Pure thievery!!!!!!!!!
This company is a scam! Booked my room with them, hotel had no record of my reservation, Roomerz stole my money and left me with no room to stay in.
This company and site are FRADULENT. We booked rooms for January 2016 in May of 2015 and paid in full over $4000. The hotel has no record of reservations and Roomerz does not respond. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!
