They were very friendly, salon was very clean, and they did an amazing job with my dog...and I can be pretty picky with his cut:) will definitely be going back!

Our 1st visit with 3 of our cats. My husband said the groomer picked up our cats one by one, with a woman assisting him, and easily and effortlessly clipped their nails. Next week, they will meet our hounds!

So I am trying to understand why you would post a rating in June of this year about something that you disliked 9 years ago...we are a small facility and we try to keep the disruptions to a minimum...calling you to pick up your pet because it is disruptive ,scared and wants to be in the comfort of its own home shouldn't be a problem ..as for telling you your dog pooped ...we tell all our customers when their dog has deficated..so as they are not concerned if they don't go or may be on a schedule..it may eliminate a long walk... read more
