This is a first class operation. Felipe was very helpful, explaining the the rules, hours of operation, storage unit sizes and rental fees for air conditioned or not, how to use the access code, and much more. You even get a lock to use for your unit. Insurance is also available. Great service in a city where service doesn’t seem to be a priority for most businesses.
