The game itself was fun. After when they went to take our picture we had to give them our email address in order to get the picture sent to us. 3 weeks later and still no pictures. I wrote them and told them that we didn't get the pictures and provided them with the name of the room, date and time that we went and they wrote back and asked me to tell them the room, date and time that we were there. Told them I did in the first email and they still can't find my pictures.

We enter all of the email addresses manually, as well as send them through a system that verifies the email address, so it's possible we may have mistyped or been unable to read the email address we received from your group. We just want to make sure that after you sent us an email two days ago, you were able to get your groups' two photos today?
Great production quality and some truly tricky puzzles. That one we didn't solve...
I had a great time with my crew. The puzzle was challenging and kept us on our toes - we were down to the last 27 seconds when we opened the door! I've only done one other Escape Room and this was defintiely a well run set up. The staff was super friendly and the price was right - only 28$ per person. Had a great time with my sister n daughter for her 13th birthday! We ALL had a blast!
