Arrived and waited 20 minutes in valet before anyone said anything or I was assisted. This was not at peak checkin as there were only two cars including me; and 2 people waiting to pickup. I always try to arrived about 5:00pm little after check in time (3pm) to try to miss the check in rush as well as a little extra time to make sure room is ready. however. upon my 5:00 arrival I am informed my room is not ready, and cant get an estimate on when. We had my daughter’s graduation dinner for 20 people at this restaurant. The staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. We had cocktails at the bar before dinner and the children in our party sat and colored with items provided by the staff. The food was exceptional and we loved experience!
The staff and management had extremely bad hospitality. We were stranded my two son's and I. They had no respect of person. And the young lady over the bar was really rude! Yet I turned the other cheek and still bought that high ass food
I hosted my Daughter's 21st Birthday Dinner in a private room the experience was amazing, Excellent service and the food was Great!! I will return!!
I passed by on my way to an event & realized that I hadn’t had breakfast. I had a full day ahead of me so I needed to eat. I stopped in a little after 10 am and was immediately seated. Their breakfast menu was plentiful but for some reason the oatmeal stuck out to me. It sounded delicious accompanied by orange slices and cranberries.
