Aluminum Siding on our Bay Window Last October we decided that the bay window on the west side of our semi needed some tlc. Phoned Roofworks and Kyle came out to do an inspection/quote. Great guy. Easy to deal with and inspired confidence. We decided that a little carpentry and aluminum siding was the best option. Mark, the siding specialist, was very busy at that time but a month later came over with his crew. They did a wonderful job. Thanks to everyone at Roofworks.
Flat roof and shingle removal and replacement We own a 100 year old semi in downtown Toronto and recently had both flat roofs as well front shingles stripped and replaced. I never imagined that there would be 1-3/4 inch build-up of old flat roofing, hence the need to reduce the weight on the building. Flat roofing We hired Roofworks based on a referral from a friend who is a building inspector and knows their work. Their quote was competitive for our large 3,000 square foot warehouse flat roof re-do. Adam, Scott and team provided us with options, showed up on time, worked to the schedule, worked with us to solve a drainage problem that popped up, got us a drain plumber, addressed any issues we brought up. They left us confident that if we have any issues in future we can feel free to call under warranty.
Shingles, Flat Roof, Skylight and Eavestroughs Immediately responded to a request for quote, immediately came back with a thorough quote, showed up as promised to the date, finished the job as promised, met with us / sent us daily emails with updates, completely cleaned up every day. Cedar Shingle Replacement The shingles on my mansard style side-roof were 45 years old and becoming unsightly, with warping and some deterioration. Flat roof and insulation Adam is a stand up guy who worked with our complicated schedule and coordinated with other contractors on our behalf. His crew was friendly, hard working and professional. They cleaned up after their work each day so that we could enjoy our yard each night. Very happy to have the work done.
Amazing work on our new roof After a few bad rainstorms our roof started leaking and causing damage in the house. Roof Repair We have used Roofworks Ltd. twice. First, we had a leak near our skylight. Jason from Roofworks came quickly and provided us three estimates for varying levels of fix. We selected one and they began work very quickly. I also asked them to let me know if they saw anything that would indicate I should investigate about any serious internal water damage and they were happy to do so.
