I have lived in the Kuna apartments for 5 months and there have been occasions where I was in need of maintenance. Sean has been quick to respond and solve any problems. I really appreciate that about living here. Yesterday I discovered we were out of hot water and Sean (and Keegan sp?) had a new water heater installed within about an hour! Sean is a very kind and competent young man.
I had an excellent experience with Keegan, the maintenance technician! After submitting a request, he arrived within 10 minutes, which was incredibly impressive! He quickly assessed the situation and fixed my leaky sink! What really stood out was that Keegan asked multiple times if there was anything else I needed help with, making sure he took care of anything else that might need attention in my apartment.
