We spend many months in hotels due to the apartment complex not being completed in the timeline they gave us. While they did pay for our accommodations, we had no real place to call home for months. At the time of writing this review, the building is still not fully completed. Shortly after move in, our beloved pet died. Lea, the leading agent, offered no condolences or any gentle words- only wanting to know payment for our pet rent. The rooftop is amazing
A VERY dishonest company! They will lie through their teeth during whatever little communication you have with them. I was supposed to move into my apartment almost 2-months prior to when I am “possibly” getting in and they still do not have a certificate of occupancy, so it may be pushed again. I asked for all of our agreements in writing and they have gone back on their word every time. They currently owe me over a $1,000 and are fighting me on when I am getting it back. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM.
It’s unfortunate that this building has faced delays during construction. But that’s always likely to happen with big construction projects like this. Signing a lease for a building that isn’t even completed is a risk. And I was fully aware of that risk when I signed. But I have had no issues with the owners of this property. They have always returned calls and answered my questions promptly. They have never given me any false promises about timelines or guaranteed anything they couldn’t control.
