After a storm in May that damaged my roof with hail, I contacted Casey McGuire of RoofIT. He sent out Ryan Bankston to assess the damage and see if I had a claim. Ryan didn’t absolute thorough inspection of my roof, thoroughly documenting the damage with photographs. This included photographs that document damage on a magnified level. After talking with Mr. McGuire, I will not use this company. He was very inconsiderate and highly arrogant. There are lots of other roofers that are friendly around with better reviews. *edit* Not fraudulent Casey when stating my opinion upon our initial conversation. You are correct with saying that you didn't offer any service, and that was due to your attitude. Ryan and the entire RoofIT team did an amazing job of replacing my roof. From the first meeting Ryan spent a great deal of time inspecting my roof and explained every step of the process. I had a lot questions and Ryan always took the time to provide feedback. His team arrived early to replace my roof and worked until well after dark. And they cleaned everything up when they finished. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend RoofIT.

The skinny blonde kid that drives one of your trucks needs to keep his eyes on the road before he causes an accident. Kid is changing lanes with a trailer not paying attention to what he’s doing at all. He sucks on the road so I wouldn’t let him on my roof either.
