The contractors that they used left a giant gaping hole in the ceiling of my shed and did not clean it up. The contractors also left my backyard gate open numerous times at night during the installation. The loan company they used to finance the project is the absolute worst.
Jordan arrived the day after we contacted the company to inspect our roof and clean out our gutters. He took pictures of our roof and used them to explain what he saw and help determine how the water in last weekend's monsoon ended up inside the house. He then proceeded to clean out the gutters to ensure no additional water backup. Great company, great service. I will be signing up to have them clean and check our gutters annually. Really happy with the job they did over at roofing101. My sales associate Dylan did a great job illustrating my options and waking me through the process. He was even on site when my insurance agent showed up to inspect my roof, which made a huge difference when it came to what the insurance company would cover.
