Our experience started off good. After receiving our check and installing the roof, things fell off. A few things were damaged when the roofers were throwing stuff down. Some stuff was taking care of, others were not. They wrote on the estimate to replace the gutters. The roofers bent our current ones. No big deal but it’s been months and our gutters have still not been replaced. They told us the gutter company was backed up so we waited patiently. They didn’t refer anyone to help us. RRSA did a great job of replacing the roof on our home. Everyone was very professional. Scott handled the details with our insurance company allowing us to relax and enjoy the process.

Bobby and his crew did an amazing job. He did a great job coordinating with our insurance company. His crew showed up with they said they would and the roof, new gutters and paint job is fantastic. Highly recommend them.

There was a pretty serious hail storm in my area in May. I had no idea that the damage was serious, but Jonathan was able to quickly identify the issues and get the ball rolling on getting my roof replaced. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He worked with the insurance company to get the damage appraised, and with the mortgage company to make sure the work was going ahead to their standards.
