RRCA was amazing, the service they provided was excellent! From start to finish Ron McQuinn and Michael Herrera both communicated with us on a daily basis to ensure we were happy and the job was completed to our satisfaction. Ron even came by after the job was completed and ran the magnet to make sure the yard was clean and free of any nails. We highly recommend this company for a stress free roof replacement. Had roof damage from Ian. Contacted RRCA about replacing roof. Michael Herrera came out to meet with us. Contracted them to do the work. They were right on it,even though the color of our roof was nothing they stocked they had it trucked in from another state as to not delay the job. Start to finish Michael was only a phone call away. The workers were very professional and when job was complete you would not have known they were even there. I had my roof done by rrca and their contractors promised me If I referred people in my community I would receive $500 per house. They pushed me to promote their company and I did. I posted it on our community fb page, I have them a great review in which they told me it was for a payment for the mitigation inspection cost. I even did a video interview for the company to help the company. After I got at least 4 homes to sign their contract, 2 are done already and one on its way to be done, I have yet to get what I was promise... read more
Austin Waugh was our sales person, and his word was solid. Everything promised was delivered and we are very satisfied and would highly recommend Austin and the company he represents.
RRCA replaced my old roof; they did a great job.
