I bought a pallet of the blemished unwrapped shingles. I was told there would be variations in the color, which was fine for this project. Once i took the top bundles of shingles off there were numerous problems including stuck together shingles, ripped ones, different brands and sizes, etc. About half of the pallet was not useable. The condition was clearly misrepresented as blemished when in reality half of them are damaged and unusable.
