uninformed, nice, but inconsistent – This supplier quoted me one price, then when I went to their location, they changed the pricing and didn't honor the quote. They gave me bad information on the shingles I wanted, and told me incorect ways to have it installed. I went to another supplier and got the same products at a better price, but more importantly they gave me correct information. I would suggest checking around and getting quotes in writing and comparing the information you get.
