Called this company for a roof damage caused by Squirrel. The tech came in and installed trap door which was ineffective and the animal got around it. When I insisted on water proofing the trap area, they absolutely neglected to to water proof and claimed that no others company will waterproof it. Great company to work with, Conrad gave us a very fair estimate and did a first rate job with our roof replacement.
