Steve came out very quickly to do an estimate (including photos) and explain each of the problems. He said he would have men back to do the work within 2 hours of my approval. The crew showed up, did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone. I feel that the price was a little high (20% more than another quote) but it was worth it to get same day service when thunderstorms were forecast for that evening. I called more than a dozen other roofing companies and couldn't get anyone to come out in less than 5 days. Cou... read more
