I had my ridge vent replaced, it had come loose and was rattling. Steve was great to work with. Excellent communications and very responsive. He was honest in that he didn't try to push extra work and told me that my 15-year-old roof was in good shape and didn't need replacement. I felt that the price was fair given the NOVA area, where most contract work costs more.
