New owner is terrible. Did not honor warranty. Came out 3 times to repair leaking roof. Was charged at least $300 dollars each time. After spending $1,000 trying to fix the leaks roof still leaks and no one will answer the phone or return calls. I am surprised this company is still in business. If I could give negative stars I would.
*** BEWARE NEW OWNER *** We had a very positive experience in 2019 when E-Z Roof installed a brand new roof on our home. That was when the company was operated by its previous owner. Unfortunately my most recent experience (Dec., 2020) involving a simple caulking repair cost $200. The company’s response to my attempt to dispute the charge was disgraceful.
The office lady is rude, William with EZ Roof doesn't like to pay his subs or service provides after they have provide service. Don't use this company.
The lady that answer the phone is very uneducated and dont have any idea how to deal with customers, she just raised her voice to not listen, poor her, they Install the roof of the house i just bought in 2018, with a warranty of 5 years and now they dont want to take care of the reparation because I'm a new owner, when the warranty said is transferable to the new owner filling a form , in the time frame(that nobody know what is the time frame).
