With hurricane season for 2018 approaching I have to reflect on the wonderful job Roof Smart did for us during are Hurricane Irma experience. After dialing many phone numbers I actually did A Walk in at BrandsMart and was greeted by some pretty incredible people they were eager to help me. I am a realtor and I have worked with Roof Smart for 10 years. They have worked on my personal properties, family members and several clients. My roofs survived the biggest storm we have ever had so I confirm they do quality work.
Built my house in 2018 the process was seamless. Very courteous and professional company and crews. Hurricane *** destroyed almost all the roofs in my neighborhood including newer roofs and I barely lost a shingle. The owner came out and had his crew replace the few missing shingles a few weeks later. They are a wonderful family business and a great member of our community.
Hands down the most professional roofing company my wife and I have ever worked with. Highly recommended!!!
We hired RoofSmart in early spring of 2021 to install a metal roof, and skylights on our ******* house. Once started, it took them well over four months to complete the job. Their large ladder stayed propped up against our house for so long that neighbors were getting their number off of the yard sign, and calling them to complain. Roof Smart replaced my roof and added solar attic fans. Frank K. was always pleasant, professional and a phone call away with any questions. I also liked that the owner came by during the roof replacement and asked if I had any questions. The owner also came by before final inspection and inspected the roof himself.

They do not return phone calls readily. Refuses to honor warranty - original owner deceased. Refused to come look at my leaky roof and repair it. Roof is only 6 years old. Turns customer comments around to make it all sound like it is customers fault. How they can be continue to be in business with their poor business skills is beyond me. I am telling everyone NOT to use them.

Excellent company to work with. We're on time and got the job don't quickly. All crews were clean and neat and friendly. From the office staff, works crews, to the owner, everyone was great to work with. Would high recommend this company for any roofing needs. *****
