Built my house in 2018 the process was seamless. Very courteous and professional company and crews. Hurricane *** destroyed almost all the roofs in my neighborhood including newer roofs and I barely lost a shingle. The owner came out and had his crew replace the few missing shingles a few weeks later. They are a wonderful family business and a great member of our community.

We hired RoofSmart in early spring of 2021 to install a metal roof, and skylights on our ******* house. Once started, it took them well over four months to complete the job. Their large ladder stayed propped up against our house for so long that neighbors were getting their number off of the yard sign, and calling them to complain. I tried reaching out SEVERAL times for updates, and to let them know that our new sky lights were leaking every time it rained.
