After the rain we discovered we had a couple of leaks. Emanuel did an thorough job inspecting our roof. He found around 40 broken tiles. Our roof tile is supposed to have a 50 year warranty and it was installed about 17 years ago. We called the tile company and they worked with Hank to get us new tiles. The tiles they provided did not exactly match the color of the tiles we already have. I have worked with Hank for many, many years, had several roofs replaced and referred him to several other people. He has always been very responsive. If they missed something , his crew was right back out to make it right. I have found him to be very honest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
