The detached garage at the house we bought had a roof that looked rough from day one. The shingles were curling badly around the edges, and a couple spots looked like they'd already been patched more than once. We eventually called around for residential roofing services and had it replaced. I also appreciated that they went over the driveway afterward with a magnet for the nails because our kids are always running around out there.

That last hailstorm did more damage than I first realized. A couple of vents were dented and some of the metal around the roof had been knocked loose. I called for storm damage roof repair because I didn't want to leave anything exposed with more rain coming. They replaced the damaged pieces and tightened everything back down. Pretty straightforward experience from start to finish.

The gutters at the back of our house had started pulling away from the fascia and looked like they might come down completely after another heavy rain. I contacted them about a roof gutter installation and replacing the worst section. The new gutters sit straight, the downspout is draining properly again, and water isn't spilling over beside the foundation anymore.
