I have a clearly posted NO SOLICITING sign mounted directly above my doorbell. There is no reasonable way to ring my doorbell without seeing it. The Roof Maxx salesperson ignored the sign anyway. When I answered the door, I asked if he had seen the sign. Instead of apologizing and leaving, he immediately launched into his sales pitch. I stopped him and asked to see his solicitor's license. They didn’t even show up for their appointment and clearly didn’t want our business. They had three different people call us to schedule. Their scheduler said they all work for the same company in meridian. One says Caldwell. One says Boise. They look like they are all competing for the business. Then they don’t even show up. And when they do realize it after the fact they offer nothing to try and rectify the situation. Poor business.
Everyone is giving them one star because they knock on doors, but it is a very wonderful product/service that saved me a lot of money!!
A door-to-door salesman knocked on my door at 8 pm. I even have a 'no-solicitation' sign. And last time I checked, I'm definitely not his 'boss.'
