Senior project manager Gadiel Arce, a very personable man knew right away what the problem was, he showed my husband what needed to be done, gave us a verbal estimate, flat cost and nothing additional. We were sent a written contract. The worker, Pablo came early. My husband watched him work on the roof. They estimated 5 hours, it took 7 and we were not charged anymore than agreed upon. My husband said that Pablo was meticulous. Thank you Gadiel and Pablo.

Called Roof King and spoke to the owner Brian about our roof leak. He was out the next day and completed an entire roof inspection. He provided satellite pictures of our house and broke down the different sections of the roof to be repaired and the costs for each section. He had a crew out within 3 days and they completed the work in one day and we now have a leak free roof! I would highly recommend Brian and Roof King for your roofing needs.

So I came home one day to find water dripping and stains all over my ceiling.The news was fore casting rain in the next few days. I was freaking out so I called roof king and Brian came out the same day told me not to worry he could have it fixed in 3 days.He would send me over an estimate via email. Within a few hours I had my estimate. Roof King came out for an emergency call because the rain. They where very upfront on pricing, walking me through the entire process making me feel very comfortable with knowing the job would be done right. Absolutely no complaints! Brian and his team were prompt, polite, and thorough. Upon initial inspection for some roof damage Brian was very honest in telling me that the damage was minor and cosmetic at most and no repair was necessary. I appreciate the honesty and when (hopefully not soon!) the time comes for me to require roofing services, I assure you, I'll be calling the Roof King.

My roof leaked right before Thanksgiving. It is not like you know a roofer that you can call upon when such things happen. After checking Yelp and making a few phone calls, Brian was the first to respond. He came, climbed on the roof while it was still raining, and quickly identified and rectified the issue so there would be no leak for the time being. He then offered to fix the roof properly and gave me a reasonable quote.

As a former Board member who had worked with Brian putting together an almost million dollar project with our HOA I can say that as far as professionalism and integrity goes he's as good as it gets. I have not experienced better customer service or professionalism from any contractor at any level. I know that sounds like a lot, and it is. Bottom line: Look no further. He's your man.
