Hired Gurus after my Ins Co. ( NationWide) said they would not cover deteriorated parts of my roof but the cut me a check. Joe from Gurus came out with his drone...I wondered why no ladder! Anyway he showed me pics of my roof which was bad! Pics were very clear & he explained to me what his crew was going to do to fix it...step-by-step. Joe initially came by after sharing with him my porch roof leaking and gave me a quote/contract. Next the crew came out and did an outstanding job and I haven't had an issue with my porch roof since.
