They did an awesome job. They made the process very easy with no hassles. They were at my house when they said they would be. They cleaned everything up so no mess for me and the roof looks great!
I just had RoofGuard replace my roof. I worked with Jeremy and Paul. Both went above and beyond. Jeremy explained the process and took care of everything for me. My roof was replaced in one day and the crew cleaned everything up. I walked around with a magnet roller to make sure my dog didn’t get hurt after they left and I didn’t pick up 1 nail. Absolutely the BEST roofing company in the area.
Terrible owner didn’t give me a chance. I tried to tell him I wasn’t trained but he wouldn’t believe me. Two weeks in he was telling other employees he was going to let me go. Still haven’t gotten my last check. When I tried to ask questions or anything he didn’t even wanna waste his time or talked about everything but what I needed a question with. Came to check out my roof, said I would get an estimate next day BUT never send me one. I tried to contact them, but there no response. Wasted my time.
This company will send a salesman to your house who will convince you that you are absolutely getting the best deal. They will then pressure you into signing a contract quickly, only to find out that they are going to charge you anywhere between $3000-$4000 MORE than what you expected. Absolutely deceptive and dishonest company. The only reason they gain an additional star is that their workforce did actually do a good job on the roof. If you can, avoid these smooth talking con-artists.
