7:154 Roof Guard Post Back in July 2020 I had estimates done for a new roof. We ended up going with Roofguard (Glen) All seemed good at first. Guys came out did my roof. We have a pitched shingle roof and a flat roof that were both done. Paid a good amount of money! Well on the day they finished I called Glenn right away and told him that the front of the house on the new roof had a gap and the guys working put a piece of wood there to cover the gap. Installed a new roof a few years back as well as recoating. However, after having leaks from this summer that caused water damage, I’ve reached out to them several times with no response.
Used this company 2yrs ago. But the problem resurfaced. I tried calling no answer, texting no answer. I went to the address above and they are not there anymore. So am waiting on an answer from them. This is so very sad. He seemed nice.
Needs to respond to customers requests.
I have used this Company for two jobs and referred lots of family members. There is one rubber roof job that repeatedly gave me problems and the crew kept coming back to "fix it," but to no avail. I am still trying to contact the Owner of the Company to have the matter resolved so I feel forced to now write a review as the invoice was paid in the upwards of thousands of dollars and I received no returned phone calls.
