3 years and the roof is already leaking. If they repair it I will update my review. Gof now, they get a 1. I should have known it, since I recall them showing up with a crew of young and unskilled people, none of whom spoke any English.
SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Issues (Confirmed by another professional roofer): - Barely put one coat on my roof left many cracks, gaps, and entire areas untouched - They lied about what products they are going to use, stating they would use a high quality long lasting products but then used a cheaper product that doesn't last - They left water bottles and all the materials they used on my roof, which is why I know they lied (seal bucket, brushes, coating broom) - Now that they know there is an issue they won't answer my... read more
Dan and his crew just completed a complex update of our roof. We asked them to dismantle the existing roof and then work with a spray foam company (which Josh helped us find) in order to upgrade the insulation of our roof. This meant they had to remove the shingles, plywood, and the prior rigid foam insulation before the new foam could be applied and then the roofing replaced. The did a fantastic job! You get what you pay for... Paul asked me to give them a good review on thumbtack so he is more than a guy with a truck, but apparently that is all that they are. Don't expect to have any type of guarantee on the workmanship. They put the wrong vent and even messed up the install on it so now I am getting water in my microwave. I wonder if the other vents are leaking? My roof was installed only a few months ago and they will not return any of my voicemails, to address what could be an easy fix.
