We had bought a drink cooler from a store in Fort Smith and was not working right. The technician that came to look at it, found the part needed, ordered and came back to install it. It now works great! I am very happy with the value and ease everything was done.

After a leaky water intake valve on a ticking time bomb old water heater cropped up, I called Rood Inc. They got out quickly and talked with me about my options. We agreed that a full change out of the gas water tank was the best option. They installed a new water heater, modified the space to better suit the new tank, and hauled away the old tank in less than an hour. I am amazed at the work the two gentlemen from this company did! They came over and installed my new sink and siliconed under it to prevent water from going under it. They also redid all of the valves and plumbing under the sink, and they hooked up my new garbage disposal! Overall, I would give them 10 stars if I could!
