Wonderful experience. Very professional and friendly. Even though they were very busy I observed them treating every customer with kindness and patience.
Awesome place! Keeps my mail jeep rolling along. Great prices and quick service. Been doing business with them in Winchester over 7 years...and will continue now in Inwood. Keep in mind that Rons Used Tires I am talking about is the one in Winchester/Inwood.....(not to be confussed with the other ones with different owners in Front Royal/Manassas)
Horrible! I had just left the bmw dealer to come here for a quick tire change and what I got from it is a cracked rims!!!! Everything looked fine when I left but that evening my tire went flat so I went back the next morning for them to tell me my rim is cracked. Ummmm i was just at bmw getting serviced and my rim was fine and my rim has been fine. To replace my rim is $400. Can't find a used at all in the same style. I called no help is being given to me or assistance. I had my husband call and they are so rude no one wants... read more
Front Royal location is a joke, paid $60 to have brand new tires mounted and balanced. Took them home put them on my car and the whole car shook like hell went back and told them and they said we don't warranty balancing. WTF. so I paid them again to rebalance there own shit. Still shook so I took them to Service Tire & Battery and they said there was no way these were balanced. Paid them $36 and the car is smooth as can be. Arrogant asses wouldn't even give me back $36.
