I went to Ron's Used Tires today at the N.Frederick Pike location after getting a flat tire. I was helped by Rick. He was kind, genuine, and very professional! I cannot express my appreciation for them. They gave me a brand new tire for a fantastic price and Cliff had it mounted and balanced in less than 8 minutes! They were the best! I have used Rons many times in the past.. So today I go there and get a new tire put on. The young dude who was putting my center caps back on with a allen key was struggling to get it on. Mind you these are a hard plastic the guy tightened it to tight an broke the center cap. I backed my car up never even leaving the park in lot...and the cap fell off!!! The manager said He wasn't responsible! The guy who works there knows he tightened it to much he even offered to buy me one of ebay! What kind of place breaks peoples stuff... read more
Im at the real rons in winchester drove an extra 45 min past frontroyal i will never in my life go to rons in frontroyal again only winchester and inwood great service and great guys friendly and i would highly recommend them for all your tire needs

Shopped around town for tires, and these folks had the best deal by far. Helped by knowledgeable staff member Rick, who was very helpful, fast and customer service oriented. Terrific business, highly recommend!
I never felt so disrespected by the guy in the front royal store I just spoke to a few mins ago. Went this morning for a tire they put it on 1 mile later it was going flat!! Went back the guy puts new tire on then don't put my cap back on or the lil thing that holds the air in. I call he says I wasn't the one who changed it I don't care who changed it I just want my stuff I had before u messed with it! Been going here since it opened in front Royal but I will never be going back!!
