RecommendedFANTASTIC SERVICE! Thank you so much. We got a flat on the highway. One place didn’t have the tire in stock, another had it but couldn’t install for 5 more hours. A person overheard us and told us about Rons. We bought the new tire and went straight there and he installed and balanced in 10 min! Very polite and kind! Great service and great guy! Called first thing this morning. Gentleman who answered phone gave a great and quick price quote. Drove there and they got right on changing out my tires even in the rain. It was quick, easy and customer service was great. Already recommended them to a family member and will be using them again, I’m sure.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a company Came in to look for 3 tires 3 guys gave me the run around to top it off couldn’t count out 170 took 3 of them using their fingers to Count money before I came I called and the guy who I spoke to was talking to 4 other people while I was on the phone asking a question about tires. Fucking dumbasses I’ll gladly spend my money some where else these guys are fucking idiots.
Best Prices Best Service! Excellent customer service at both Inwood, WV & Winchester, VA location. I have been dealing with them for 10+ years. They are always professional, prompt, & thorough. Ron’s is a very busy and popular tire shop, but they get you in and out as quick as possible! While seeing to it that they get the job done right. And I must add, the owner is super nice & friendly! Thank you for your awesome & professional service!

I went for the first time on Monday 5/28/18. I sent some late night questions from Facebook thinking that they would answer later in the morning when they came in. Boy I was mistaken. Right from the git go I was answered with awesome customer service. I was surprised to see them open on Memorial Day but I was thankful. Will definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thank you!
We went in to have a flat checked and had several tires splitting. Thanks to Ron checking them, we felt replacing all 4 tires would be best, since we are from NC and needed to get home safely. All the guys were nice and did a great job.
Excellent customer service at Winchester Va. Location. Have been there several times for different things and they have always been professional and prompt in addressing my needs. I'd also like to add each time I've just stopped in they have been very busy and even though you see it they make you feel as if you are their only customer never rushed and always thorough.
