I needed a trailer tire and wheel replaced. I drove over and my kids fell asleep in the car as I was approaching Ron’s. I called and Douglas asked me the tire specifics, had the tire mounted on the new wheel by the time I got into the parking lot, brought it out to me and loaded it in my car, and then went inside ans called me to take my payment. I never had to leave my car! It was so kind of him to help me not have to wake up my kids and bring them inside. Thank you for making my day easier!!
Customer support is amazing. My go-to for all lawn equipment, repairs, maintenance, and tire repairs. Tire repairs have all been same day for me. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their repair team are experts and willing to explain everything to me. I also value that they set up the manufacturer’s warranty for my equipment purchases. So happy to find this crew!
Went and had a tire installed today. Everything went fairly smooth. I asked Cory to have the tire tech put 60 #'s of air in the tire also. Ended up waiting over an hour and a half. I walked out of the waiting room to see how much longer. Looked over and saw my truck was finished. No one bothered to tell me. I get in and start driving so I could check to see how much air was in the tire and it only had 42 #'s in it. I feel that for the amount tires cost these days, customers could receive better service.
