Ron's Hobbies is a family owned and operated hobby shop that has served Lake County Illinois for over thirty eight years. Our goal is to not only provide customers with good quality products, but honest prices and excellent customer service. We have a large finished HO Scale layout in the store that operates daily upon request! We stock an impressive selection of HO Trains, as well as O scale trains, N scale trains, Slot Cars, Remote Control Trucks,Helicopters, and Planes, Plastic Models, Rockets, and much more!

Walking into this shop is like walking through a time portal. reminds me of what Train and hobby shops used to be like. Very knowledgeable.and helpful staff. Prices were very competitive! I was beyond impressed!
