They helped in a time of crisis, were responsive to communications, the work of stretching and patching some bleach spots utterly perfect.
Ron was very nice and efficient. He was willing to work around tenants in the unit that he was repairing the carpet in.

Ron was very nice, he took his time, but did a thorough job. He also explained the pros and cons of repair vs. cleaning vs replacing the carpet. He moved the furniture himself. We are pleased with the results.
Ron really saved me. All Green Carpet Cleaning of Alameda had left my rug a mess with a big slit.Ron fixed it beautifully and very reasonably.
Ron is very nice, did a great job repairing and cleaning my carpet. The only thing he doesn't do is move large furniture. It would help to have someone move large pieces beforehand.
Update to previous review - Ron did slide furniture out of the way as needed and put it back for me after cleaning the carpet. I appreciated it as I wasn't feeling well. He's only one guy,so if you have rooms full of heavy furniture, it's a good idea to move large pieces beforehand.
