We went last week - noticed that we no longer got the BOGO. Okay, that's fine. Today we go back - no more BOGO, no more paper towels or spray AND they no longer wash around the car when entering the car wash. Sorry Ronny's - I think you'll lose a lot of customers - no matter WHO bought you out. Nice of you to let customers know of your "changes" before hand. #nomoreronny'sforus
Horrible experience yesterday.. The boys were rude, they only sprayed half of my Tahoe, I still had to go home & hand wash my back window, and the vacuum sucked or didn't suck, however you want to take it. I paid $18 for shitty service & a shitty car wash too. The Ronny's in Pace is so much nice to their customers. I won't be back to the Milton store!!
They don't brush your window or front of the vehicle any longer. They have removed all cleaning towels and supplies. Might as well go through the gas station now. The kid working sprayed one side of my truck then went back in the AC in the office.
Well the best place in town to wash your vehicle, is no longer. Dont waste your money.
Well that was $20 down the drain. They didn't even spray the passenger side of the car down and didn't scrub anything. Let us know when you get back to actually cleaning the vehicle and we might be back.
A month ago I'd have given it 5 stars, but now no pre-scrub, no paper towels or cleaner bottles or even a vending machine to buy materials, and weak vacuums (I tried more than one.). Think I'll just go to the one closer to my house from now on; Ronny's is nothing special anymore.
I used to love going here. Customer Service is a big deal for us. I went often, took advantage of the BOGO and always came back. Pre-scrub, towels and everything were worth going! Not a good change.
Pretty much just like one of those Drive thru sub par gas station quick washes now. The attendants no longer pre scrub your car and paper towels and cleaning sprays are no longer available. Service has absolutely gone down, but hey one thing has stayed the same...the prices. I personally used to consider this one of Pace's top small businesses, definitely not the case anymore...
