I just came from here, $20. wash and all the ex...waste of money. I'll wash it my self. left soap on car, wheels not clean, dead bugs still on front.
Every single time I come here, something is broken. Today, it’s the air dryers. I would not have paid 20$ for this wash and shine had I known I was in for water spots. It’s ridiculous. The vacuums are broken. Constantly you have to reattach the adapter to the hose. Their prices have went up since they changed ownership; they quit giving a free wash; and things are forever broken. I advised a technician about the dryers, thinking perhaps they didn’t know. He replied, “we have a couple out. We are trying to get them fixed.”
I'm a club member and get my car washed often . So sad how far down hill zips has gone. 90% of my stops result in almost NO soap or tire shine. How can you have a car wash with no soap? This is my last visit and I will cancel my $35/month membership.
Took my Camaro here and paid $20 for the best wash and when it came out it was still COVERED in soap. Told the guy running wash that afternoon and he pointed at a water hose and told me I could spray the rest off if I wanted. Needless to say we won’t be back to do business there anymore. He wouldn’t even give me a managers number.
We love this car wash. This is where we come everytime to clean our car. Thank you.
I got a wash with a wheel shine and my wheels look awful They are spotty and one wheel has nothing at all. Not worth the money. The paper towels were super cheap too and fell apart with windex on it and left tons of lint on the windows. Will not go back again.
I must agree with the last few comments. No paper towels yesterday and had to wait 15 minutes for the staff to go to the store for bounty paper towels. The new concept of membership will not last and I don't expect them to be in business much longer at these service levels. Don't know why, but the Ronnys on Woodbine does a better job at washing car perhaps due to being new. Trying to increase profits by reducing offerings will lead to their demise.
I used to love this place and come all the time. The new changes are loosing many customers including me. There are no more BOGO washes AND they took away the paper towels and cleaners. This is the first time I have paid $15 for a good wash and still had soap and crud on my car. I understand a couple streaks on the windows and maybe a spot or two, but this was ridiculous. Especially if you cannot even spot check it yourself any more. I bet they will take away the floor mat cleaners as well!
