Used to go here every Friday I work on a construction site and my car gets dirty. Not to dirty for a car wash however. Place used to have 2 people spray your car down and do a pre scrub before going through. Now one person stands there and sprays something on my windshield and that was it. Even had to come back home and rewash my car and rims
Can tell it has new owners-only one guy at the start and all he did was spray the windshield!! I could do as well at a self car wash. Not going back
Ronnys used to be an awesome car wash. Since new ownership they do not scrub before and supplies are sub par. Will not be back unless it changes.
Ronnies definitely going down hill. 1) No more BOGO 2) They do not pre wash your car with brushes anymore 3) Only a few of the vacuums were on and they had very little suction 4) They had no paper towels, I asked where they were, and was told they would have some next week. Not good.
If I could give it '0' I would. No more customer service here. My husband always tips the attendants...why for hosing down-no brush scrubbing...hardly and soap going through the car wash and no tire shine at all. What a rip off! Could have saved my $20 and thrown a bucket of water on it!
Edit- thank you for bringing back the cleaning supplies. Just don't forget that there are car washes and then there is ronnys. Don't change that. I know you guys just got bought out and it may seame stupid to u but little thing like the cleaning supplies showed how your customer service was superior from the other car washes in the area. I've also noticed that there is only one person at the entrance of the car wash and bogo deals are gone. Now ur just another car wash. Please bring back the customer service that made ronnys... read more
I rather pay 3.00 and spray and vacuum myself. Last time i go there again.
